1. Eligibility: The Drive style program is subject to a set of terms and conditions outlined herein. By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
2. Waiting Period: There is a mandatory 90-day waiting period before your first redemption of an item may take place.
3. Covered Items: The program covers specific wear and tear items or products such as Tyres, Shocks, Battery, Brake Pads & Brake Discs.
4. Quality Assurance: Items covered by the program are of premium quality to ensure Drive style Safety standards for every customer.
5. Vehicle Inspection: Upon successful membership activation, you must visit a selected Fitment centre outlet for a full vehicle inspection. All items will be rigorously inspected to ensure they meet Drive style safety standards.
6. Existing Failures: No existing failures or faults will be covered. If an item does not meet the minimum standard during inspection, it must be replaced at the customer’s expense before membership activation.
7. Redemption Process: A successful redemption of an item will only be processed upon a successful vehicle inspection.
8. Membership Term: The membership term is on a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing a 30-day notice period. Membership fees debited during the cancellation process will not be refunded.
9. Refunds: All paid membership fees prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
10. Exclusions: The program will not cover damages due to vehicle accidents, negligence, or abuse to items carried out by the member. No accidental damages will be covered.
Items that were not present during the initial inspection are also excluded from coverage.
11. Maintenance Requirements: Balancing and Rotation of Tyres need to be done every 10000km or every 6 months from the date of inspection, whichever comes first.
Cost of the Balancing and rotation is covered by the Drive style
Tyres:
1. Replacement Frequency: A customer will receive up to 4 tyre replacements within a 12-month period from the date of joining the program.
2. Premium Brands: Only premium brand tyres will be supplied for replacements to ensure safety. These brands include Continental, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Firestone, Goodyear, Pirelli, Yokohama, and Kumho.
3. Pre-Program Inspection: Tyres must undergo inspection and meet at least a 70% safety measure before joining the program. If the minimum safety requirements are not met, tyre replacement must be done at the customer’s expense before joining the program.
4. Covered Incidents: Tyres will be replaced in the event of wear and tear, damage due to potholes, blowouts, and punctures.
5. Maintenance Requirements: Rotation and balancing must be performed every 10,000 km or every 6 months to ensure safety standards are maintained.
Shocks:
1. Replacement Frequency: A set of shocks will be replaced once every 2 years.
2. Premium Brands: Only premium brands of shocks will be provided for replacements.
3. Covered Incidents: Only worn-out shocks are covered under the program.
Brake Pads:
1. Replacement Frequency: A set of brake pads will be replaced once a year.
2. Premium Brands: Only premium brands of brake pads will be provided for replacements.
3. Covered Incidents: Only worn-out brake pads are covered under the program.
Brake Discs:
1. Replacement Frequency: A set of brake discs will be replaced annually.
2. Premium Quality: Only premium quality brake discs will be provided for replacements.
Batteries:
1. Replacement Frequency: Batteries will be replaced annually with a 2-year warranty.
2. Covered Incidents: Dead cells and battery failure are covered under the program.
Inspection Criteria Not Met:
1. Eligibility: If a customer wishes to join the program but does not pass the vehicle inspection and cannot replace the items to meet the quality check, they may still join the program.
2. Replacement Period: The customer will be given a grace period of 90 days to replace the item(s) at their own cost for the program to become active.
3. Non-Activation Consequences: If the member fails to replace the item(s) within the 90-day waiting period, their program will not be activated. Any membership fees paid towards the program during this 90-day period will not be refunded.
